Gallipoli is located in the southernmost part of Puglia, which is the easternmost part of Italy, in the South.
It is not far from Brindisi and Bari, where there are airports. It can be also reached by train, which stops in Lecce.

By plane

The closest airport is a domestic one in Brindisi, at a distance of about 80 km, while the international airport of Bari is at about 200 km. Shuttle services will be provided for both airports, at selected hours.
